Upgrading your Nexchar subscription is a quick and seamless process designed to give you access to powerful features that help your business grow. Whether you're moving from a free plan to a paid one or switching between monthly and yearly billing, here’s a step-by-step guide to help you upgrade your plan easily.
Start by logging into your Nexchar admin account using your credentials.
From the left-hand sidebar menu, go to Settings.
In the Store Settings section, click on the Subscription option (as shown in the second image). This will take you to the subscription management page.
Choose to upgrade your subscription if you wish to switch to a higher-tier plan. Simply click the Upgrade button located on the right side of the subscription screen.
You’ll be presented with a screen showing the available subscription plans. Nexchar typically offers plans such as:
Start-Up Plan – Ideal for small businesses starting out.
Standard Plan – Recommended for businesses needing advanced features.
Each plan will display its monthly and yearly pricing options.
Select your preferred plan and billing cycle by clicking the “Choose Plan” button.
After choosing your plan, you’ll be directed to the Upgrade Plan confirmation screen.
Here you can:
Verify the selected plan.
Confirm the total amount due.
Make changes if necessary.
Once everything looks good, click “Confirm Upgrade” to proceed.
Once the upgrade is processed, you’ll see a success message on your screen. This confirms that your subscription has been successfully updated.
You now have access to the new set of features that come with your upgraded plan!
