How Can I Renew My Nexchar Subscription?

If your Nexchar subscription has expired or is about to expire, renewing it is quick and easy. Nexchar will automatically convert your account to a free plan once your paid subscription runs out, but to continue enjoying premium features, you need to renew your subscription. This guide walks you through the steps to renew your Nexchar subscription from the admin panel.

Step-by-Step: Renewing Your Subscription

1. Log In to Your Nexchar Admin Panel

Start by logging into your Nexchar admin account using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the Subscription Settings

  • From the left-hand sidebar menu, go to Settings.

  • In the Store Settings section, click on the Subscription option (as shown in the second image). This will take you to the subscription management page.

3. View Your Subscription Status

You will see your subscription details such as:

  • Account Created Date

  • Current Plan

  • Status (e.g., "You have 0 days left")

  • Billing History for previous payments

If your subscription has expired, a message will appear saying:

"You have 0 days left. Your subscription has now been converted to a free plan."

4. Click the Renew Button

  • Locate the Renew button below your current subscription status (as shown in the first image).

  • Click the Renew button to begin the payment process.

5. Complete the Renewal Process

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to choose your plan and complete the payment.

  • Once your payment is successful, your subscription will be reactivated immediately.

Additional Options

You can also choose to Upgrade your subscription if you wish to switch to a higher-tier plan. Simply click the Upgrade button located on the right side of the subscription screen.
