How to delete a sales receipt

The Delete a sales invoice option is required when you need to correct an invoice that was created by mistake or to delete records of an invoice that are no longer required.

In Nexchar Mobile POS, deleting a sales invoice is simple. You can You can delete your sales invoice from your smartphone app at any time and from any location. You can recover any deleted invoice within a second.

To delete a sales invoice, first open your Nexchar app. Then tap the menu (☰) icon in the top left corner of your phone. A navigation drawer will appear on your phone screen. Tap the "Sales" menu from the navigation drawer. 



Now you are on the sales page. On the sales page, you can see all your daily sales. Find a sales row you want to delete and then tap.



Then, the app will take you to the sale details page. On this page, on the bottom side, you will find a button that says "Delete Invoice".



Or you can find a menu icon on the right side of your app. Tap the menu icon, and it will open a new pop-up menu.



In the below image, you can see the pop-up menu. At the bottom of the popup menu, you'll find the "Delete Invoice" icon. Just tap the "Delete Invoice" option.


Then, the Nexchar app will ask for your final permission to delete or not. If you don't want to delete it, just tap "no." If you decide to delete this invoice, tap yes.


When you tap "Yes", the app will send a delete request to the cloud server. After a successful delete operation, it will give your "Delete successfully" message.




Now tap the back button, and it will take you back to the sales page again. You can find that deleted invoice with a blurry view with a red color mark.
