How to create a customer in the Nexchar mobile POS app?

Nexchar POS app provides you with the possibility of connecting sale records with customers. The Nexchar Point-of-Sale (POS) application allows you to link sale records with consumers. It enables you to transmit receipts to customers. If you have already set up a loyalty program, you can offer registered customers incentive points for every purchase that can be redeemed for discounts.


In Nexchar POS, there are two simple methods to create customer accounts:

  • Create a Customer profile during the order process.
  • Create a Customer profile from the direct Customer page.

Create a Customer profile during the order process.

Open your Mobile POS application. Then add items to the shopping cart. Then Click the next button. It will take you to the customer "Payment" page. Put the payment amount that your customer wants to pay. Then tap the "Next" button. It will take you to the "Select Customer" page.




Now you are in the "Choose customer" page. In the page you can see all customers that you previously added.

On the right-bottom side of the page, you can see a floating action plus icon button. Tap the "Plus button, and a popup window appears on your mobile screen.


  • Full Name: Full name of your customer. This field is required.
  • Phone: Customer contact number. This field is required.
  • Customer code: Unique customer identifier.

Tap the "Add" button to create a new customer.



Create a Customer profile from the direct Customer page.

To create a new customer profile first go to customer page. Tap menu icon top left side of the page. A navigation drawer appears on the mobile screen. Tap "Customers" menu option from the navigation drawer.

This, will take you to Customers page

On the right-bottom side of the page, you can see a floating action plus icon button. Tap the "Plus button, and a popup window appears on your mobile screen.

  • Full Name: Full name of your customer. This field is required.

  • Customer code: Unique customer identifier.

Tap the "Add" button to create a new customer.
